Sport & Health group ride at Seneca Creek !

Lynne (Brie's Mom) is establishing an "every other Thursday ride" for a group from the Sport & Health Club in Gaithersburg! Brie & I headed on down from Frederick to be a part of the first ride and had a great time ― really nice people, those guys! Man, talk about a post-ride picnic ― check it out below!





Anywho, Mic was the only one who went out on the trail; the rest of the group did about a 10 mile road ride (which Mic joined after doing the Lake Shore Trail Loop)! Then it was off to the Dogfish Head Alehouse in Gaithersburg for some (additional) post-ride brews and some pizza! More on all of this later! Time to get ready to head out to Gambrill for campin' and ridin' at the "shed."














Brie rode her Barracuda A²B, 34x18 singlespeed (the red & white bike), Mic rode the Creaky Monkey, his 32x18 singlespeed, and, finally, Mic finished Lynne's 36x18 singlespeed (the black & yellow Specialized Hard Rock rises from the ashes)!
